Mr. Zinn, Last year I wrote a letter, ref: Ray Blanco which I have attached. A couple of months ago the Deputy Fire Chief, Al Suarez stated that he wanted to purchase or lease a vehicle. I referred him to Ray and he leased a new Lexus. He was very impressed with the service that he received at your facility. This past weekend my wife and daughter visited your dealership and before the weekend was over we had leased a new Lexus. Ray and his staff, as always were very professional and made us feel like family. I will continue to refer all my friends and Miami-Dade employees to Lexus of North Miami.. I called last week for some info on leasing an RX, I spoke to Joel Levine. He was EXCELLENT! He was professional and called me within the hour with the info I needed. He followed up a few times during the week (not overwhelming) and because of his efforts my husband and I drove to North Miami even though we have Lexus of Pembroke Pines 1 mile away from our home. Joel set us with up Andre Brevil who was also excellent and then we met Rehan who was just as great and very down to earth and easy to talk to. Ron Martin came by several times making sure we were okay & happy with our experience which was very nice. This will be our 5th Lexus, but the first purchased at North Miami. We have always purchased and leased at Pembroke Pines, we know both are owned by the same person BUT the outstanding customer service and the effort these people showed us is completely different. We are very happy and I'd also like to mention that my husband and I are in sales and my husband tends to be a bit harsh when purchasing a car or any item of great cost, for the first time he stayed pleasant the entire time without getting upset or frustrated with the salesman, this says a whole lot! Hector was the sales associate assigned to help me. The guidance and assistance he gave to me was truly outstanding. Hector helped me with my prior car that was coming off lease and which I was turning in. Hector helped me through all of the mysteries of the sales process. Hector helped me with the Registration of the IS. And Hector showed me how EVERYTHING worked in my car, from putting the top down, the workings of the interior and exterior lights, the various settings with the seat and a lot more, and on and on. Hector was always a real pleasure to be with. I believe Hector has a special way of dealing with people. He is as once honest, and thus receives the people's trust - it is an unbeatable combination and rare to find in a businessman or salesman. I have no idea where Hector stands in the hierarchy at Lexus of North Miami. I thank you, the GM who is responsible for everything at the store, for providing Hector, with all of his skill and knowledge, to me in connection with my IS lease. As I told Ron Martin, I have been a die hard BMW fan for 20+ years. . . the one I traded in with you was my 5th . . . but BMW has lost their appreciation for their customers and lack in general customer service skills. I love the car and now my partner is considering an IS. I have nothing but the highest recommendations for Ron as he made the entire process effortless. Easiest car I have ever purchased. I had a 9 a.m. appointment, but because of an error in completing the paperwork when I arrived (I was written up as a different customer who had a prepaid plan initially) my auto wasn't taken until 9:30 a.m. I was assured that my 20,000 mile servicing (oil change, etc.) would take no more than two hours to complete. Finally, at 12:30 p.m. I questioned where my car was and was told that it was just being washed and would be out in 10 minutes at the most. 25 minutes later, with Sylmarie's help tracking it down, i finally received it. Total time from arrival = 3 hours and 45 minutes! I made two other suggestions to Sylmarie that she wrote down to follow up on. My Lexus dealership in Connecticut, which is smaller than yours does the following:1. Provides computers with internet access for customers while they wait, rather than having to bring your own. 2. Provides an ample selection of muffins, bagels, coffee, snacks while you wait at no charge. (unlike the mini muffins and coffee you provide). Believe me when I tell you, I am usually the last one to complain about anything, but I do believe strongly in a business offering the best in customer service. There's a lot of competition out there and with the economy being shaky these days, businesses have to be more customer friendly than ever to insure the success of their company. I am also the first to give praise when praise is due. Your new dealership facility is beautiful! Please be aware of the great job Sylmarie is doing for you guys! Don't lose her! My husband and I have made many truck and auto purchases owning a moving company and having a family of our own, but never have we had the pleasure of dealing with the professionalism of our salesman, Jeff Jerome. He is knowledgeable, thorough, extremely polite and with such sincerity. Insisting we not leave that evening without finalizing the sale; yet not in any way being over-aggressive or pushy. Having Jeff Jerome as our sales rep only makes the purchase and future services of our Lexus a pleasure... not a dreaded task, but something we can look forward to... that is... dealing with Jeff Jerome, our sales representative. We would also like to add, during the negotiations, on the evening of 8/4/09, your general sales manager, Gary Lazor, assisted Mr. Jerome, and he too was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. The tour knocked my socks off. Paige was also professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. She even set me up for an invitation to your grand opening celebration. I have recently moved back to Miami from Denver and my dealer there was Kuni Lexus. They set a very high bar and delivered. It is a unique experience to take delivery of a new car that has no glitches in it, something every Cadillac owner prays for. I am in total awe of the cars ride, quiet, fit and finish. The quality of the materials is top shelf and that awesome red paint...I have recieved many complements on the car and color. The chrome wheels really light up the car and make it stand out.

Appreciate your email…my experience with your personnel was wonderful…Anna Williams was very responsive and quickly connected me with a product specialist, Richard Todorow who worked tirelessly to get all of the answers and information requested. In the end, my wife felt the price got outside of her pre-determined comfort-zone once the dealer fee + transportation costs were added to the advertised price.
