We had a most pleasant experience purchasing a Certified RX 350 this month. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to ensure we were treated as a valued customer. Our sales rep was Isaac Rodriguez, who was cordial and knowledgeable. We marveled at the skills of Alex Esuarez in Finance who completed our transaction like a virtuoso at his magic keyboard! All this took place under the aegis of Alfred Utset, who held our car of choice for us without a deposit, and who also made sure that a ding on the right rear door was touched up to his satisfaction. We had just had a very bad experience with another dealer the previous month, and everything the team at North Miami did was as good as that was bad. We are thrilled with our "new" car. This team deserves - and has - our highest endorsement!

My experience at Lexus North Miami was stellar. Usually going to car dealerships can be really stressful because most sales reps lack honesty but at Lexus North Miami this was not the case. Jose and Luis were honest and transparent when getting a deal done on my new GX 550 and helped me secure a great deal. Ramon in finance was very professional, organized and efficient while securing the deal for my monthly payments. This dealership is managed extremely well which is a compliment to upper management. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here if you are looking to get a new lexus

I regret purchasing a vehicle from Lexus North Miami. My experience has been disappointing from the moment I bought my brand-new car to every service visit since. The sales rep who prepared my paperwork was a crook and a liar, misleading me about the maintenance services that were supposedly included with my purchase. I later found out I had to pay $1,400 for the vehicle maintenance they initially claimed would be complimentary—on top of the $1,300 in dealership fees I had already paid. To make matters worse, the service department fails to meet even basic expectations. They don’t even wash the car after servicing, something most luxury dealerships offer as a courtesy. The lack of transparency, deceptive practices, and overall poor customer service have left me extremely dissatisfied. I deeply regret buying a car from this dealership and would not recommend Lexus North Miami to anyone.

To echo others a little, it was odd for a Lexus
To echo others a little, it was odd for a Lexus dealership to sell out-of-state as most of the others we'd contacted (for a GX550) within a few state radius would not. Diego was great and put up with much poking and proding about the vehicle itself and the process (and weather effects on schedule due to a hurricane). If he doesn't know an answer, he'll trundle off and find one and get back as soon as he can. The whole Miami North dealership was great and the process, once we got there, went smooth (although travel to the dealership was not trouble free, it's not their problem. Thanks again while I'll probably try to buy in-state if I can, this process was not bad. Thanks again.

Stay away , horrible experience, tried to buy my wife $74000 Lexus GX , put $5000 refundable deposit based on what I was told on 01/11/2025 , delivery was supposed to be before end of January , never happened, so I took my business elsewhere, told salesman it’s no go , he said no refund on deposit because vehicle was reserved for me , non sense, so I dispute it with my American Express card company , received a call this morning from incompetent, vulgar, disrespectful , low life general sales manager Sean kamal , trying to push the sale on me , hang up on me , so I called back the general manager Vladimir keslin told him about his unprofessional, disrespectful staff he has in place , his response was he can’t do anything about it ( one of those empty suits , useless ) , I am reporting dealership to bbb and Lexus corporation about their deceptive unprofessional sales tactics, also ownership needs strongly reevaluate the leadership they currently have in place due to incompetence, carelessness and utter disregards for their clients , Rubbish.

Our sales rep was Isaac Rodriguez, who was cordial and knowledgeable. We marveled at the skills of Alex Esuarez in Finance who completed our transaction like a virtuoso at his magic keyboard! All this took place under the aegis of Alfred Utset, who held our car of choice for us without a deposit, and who also made sure that a ding on the right rear door was touched up to his satisfaction. We had just had a very bad experience with another dealer the previous month, and everything the team at North Miami did was as good as that was bad. We are thrilled with our "new" car. This team deserves - and has - our highest endorsement!

Awful experience at Lexus North Miami. I was interested in a GX 550 they had on the way, and they asked me to put down a $5,000 deposit to secure it, which felt high, but I agreed and paid right away. To my surprise, they sold the car to someone else, claiming they got a cash offer, even though I had already made the deposit. This kind of thing is unfortunately typical of Miami dealerships. I stopped searching for other cars, thinking I had this one locked in, only to be left hanging. It’s the kind of move that shows poor management—trying to be slick but ultimately ruining their own reputation. Not only will I never buy from them again, but I’ll make sure to share my experience every time someone asks about this dealership. If they think these tactics are smart business, they’re dead wrong. All they’re doing is hurting their sales team and pushing away loyal customers. Lexus North Miami needs to clean up their act, or they’ll keep losing business for good.

This is a very friendly and supportive dealership. Luke is a fantastic guy. He demonstrated his enthusiasm in helping me achieve my goal. On other subject the cafeteria should remove the plastics in front of the counter. It brings the bad memories of the pandemia.

My service appointment was very seamless. I met with my associate and explained my issue, he looked up my coverage, explained everything and that was it. I waited about an hour or so and I was done.
