It was great to get started with them, but in the end, the Customer Service and overall transaction experience was extremely disappointing, disrespectful and quite unprofessional. Gus, Alex, Ramon, and Sean all lack professional customer care or respectful follow-ups. Evan seems to work hard but appears mis or uninformed much of the time. I was happy with my purchase but not the experience.

Non responsive, inept certification process and they cover up damaged vehicles and lie about their condition and do not disclose. Kons was the best!

Kons was the best! He was very knowledgeable and personable. However, the financial analyst (not sure of the correct term for the title), Syid was horrible if you can, go to anyone but him. He was rude, and condescending, and practically ruined my new car-buying experience. His apathetic demeanor should not be one that anyone has to endure, nor should excuses be made excuses for his behavior toward customers. Working with customers is a choice, and if you can't do that, then don't work for an industry that prides itself on providing customer satisfaction or one where you have to deal with customers daily. I have been a loyal Lexus owner for over 15 years and have owned three Lexus vehicles, purchasing each one at a different Lexus dealership. I have even gotten my family members to purchase a Lexus. I did this because they are reliable vehicles, but I have to admit, this has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. If it were not for Kons and Q who helped salvage whatever greatness was left of this experience, Lexus would have been out of a loyal customer and my hard-earned money.

True Professional… Diego made my car buying experience

True Professional… Diego made my car buying experience very refreshing. He made transportation arrangements for me to get to the dealership with only having communicated with him via email. In person, he greeted me as I arrived to the dealership. The dealership is one of the nicest I have been to in a very long time. Finance Team did a good job with going over the documentation and getting everything completed in a decent amount of time. Diego made sure my vehicle was cleaned again (it was already close to immaculate) fuel was topped off and he even provided me a gift from the dealership that was most appreciated. This was definitely one of my top 3 car buying experiences and I’ve purchased many vehicles in my life. Exploitative and Heartless: Shame on This Lexus Dealer! If I could put ZERO stars I would! We were treated horrifically by this dealership. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share our ordeal with others. We went to this dealership hoping to find a reliable vehicle. Little did we know that this seemingly reputable establishment would turn out to be a den of vultures preying on senior citizens. The car was very overpriced. When we expressed interest in a particular Lexus model, the salesperson pounced like a hawk. They convinced us that the car was a steal, failing to mention that it needed service and various parts replaced including brakes among many other things. The price they quoted was exorbitant, taking advantage of our trust and vulnerability. When we went back after issues surfaced, we got a very nasty attitude. The dealership’s staff displayed a level of rudeness that left us stunned and treated us as if we were an inconvenience. Their dismissive attitude and lack of empathy were appalling. They have no respect for senior citizens we were nothing but respectful and kind and patient with them with various trips to the dealership that was required to address all the issues with the car. So many broken promises! The car, which was supposed to be in pristine condition, turned out to have multiple issues. The promised repairs were half-hearted at best. It’s as if they patched things up with duct tape and hoped we wouldn’t notice. Shame on them for taking advantage of the elderly who trusted them! ZERO accountability: When we raised our concerns, the dealership’s response was dismissive. They shrugged off our complaints, blaming us for not thoroughly inspecting the car before purchase. Their lack of accountability was infuriating. In summary, this Lexus dealer embodies everything that’s wrong with the auto industry. They prey on vulnerable customers, overcharge for subpar vehicles, and treat people with callousness. Shame on them for tarnishing the reputation of a once respected brand. We have purchased several Lexus in the past and this dealership does not encompass the luxury and top notch service you would expect from a Lexus dealership and certainly not the ones we have dealt with in the past. This was our first and last time dealing with this dealership! I urge anyone considering a Lexus to steer clear of this dealership. Let our unfortunate experience serve as a warning: Avoid this place at all costs!! Shame on you Erez! Alfred your temperament needs to be adjusted! Gross behavior from you both of you!

RUN AWAY !!! My story began when I found a used ES350 I wanted to buy. My interaction was with Dulce a salesman at Lexus of North Miami . I commissioned an inspection of the vehicle, which unveiled scratches that had not been disclosed during my prior inquiries. Dulce quoted me a price higher than what was listed. I brought this to him, and he chose not to respond. I escalated to a manager, Rosaly. She assured me that the price would be honored, but her demeanor conveyed as if she were doing me a favor. I also expressed my dissatisfaction with Dulce, to which she stated that a different salesperson would be assigned. I sent the wire transfer on August 19th. I repeatedly requested the new salesman, Demetri, to communicate with their bank for confirmation, and every time, they said they would not do that as they receive funds daily, and there's no need for it. I even ended up reaching out to their bank myself, and they confirmed the transfer. I confronted Rosaly with the information and the date of money received on their dealership accounts; she said, "The payment has been received." That was on the 28th of August. It took them 8 business days to confirm the receipt of the funds; this raised suspicions. I sent seven emails to various managers. I have not received a response regarding the funds . I made six calls. I managed to reach ALFRED UTSET, the pre-owned sales manager. Unfortunately, He answered the call prepared to defend his employees and did not listen to me. I was about to express my concerns, but he replied, "You sent an inspection company, and they know everything, so you shouldn't have any concerns!" I had to clarify, saying, "Did you even hear me? I said 'concerns,' do you know what that means? I'm not talking about the car; I want to discuss the transfer and how your employee treated me, and I want to know if they did the maintenance I requested." He didn't answer my questions and continued to speak forcefully and condescendingly. I sent emails inquiring about when I could coordinate with the shipping company to pick up my car. I asked when they would refund the deposit since I had sent. However, Demetri did not respond to these questions. He simply replied that everything was on process. I reached Rosaly to inquire about the refund status. She responded, claiming to be helping me by expediting the refund process. She stated, "Normally, we refund the money after delivering the car!" She emphasized her cooperation. Interestingly, in one of Rosaly's emails dated August 17th, she mentioned, "Please be aware that the deposit made with the card will be refunded promptly upon receiving the wire transfer for the full amount." So, either the content of her email or the content of her text message contradicts the truth. during the shipping phase, they provided no assistance and stopped responding, causing me significant inconvenience. This frustrating experience felt unprofessional and unethical. Imade it explicitly clear that I expected to be informed when the shipping company received the car. but they have not contacted me, resulting in delays. To clarify, these are not allegations; this is simply my personal experience, outlining the difficulties I encountered over a whole month, including a staggering 182 emails exchanged with them to conclude a deal; it should have raised concerns at the management level, but it seemed like no one cared. Please don't waste time telling me sorry. I'm well aware that you're already informed about what happened, and most managers are familiar with my emails and calls. Let's not play games or pretend that you really want me to call to resolve this issue. There's no need to keep up this facade.

I made six calls. I managed to reach ALFRED UTSET, the pre-owned sales manager. Unfortunately, He answered the call prepared to defend his employees and did not listen to me. I was about to express my concerns, but he replied, "You sent an inspection company, and they know everything, so you shouldn't have any concerns!" I had to clarify, saying, "Did you even hear me? I said 'concerns,' do you know what that means? I'm not talking about the car; I want to discuss the transfer and how your employee treated me, and I want to know if they did the maintenance I requested." He didn't answer my questions and continued to speak forcefully and condescendingly. I sent emails inquiring about when I could coordinate with the shipping company to pick up my car. I asked when they would refund the deposit since I had sent. However, Demetri did not respond to these questions. He simply replied that everything was on process. I reached Rosaly to inquire about the refund status. She responded, claiming to be helping me by expediting the refund process. She stated, "Normally, we refund the money after delivering the car!" She emphasized her cooperation. Interestingly, in one of Rosaly's emails dated August 17th, she mentioned, "Please be aware that the deposit made with the card will be refunded promptly upon receiving the wire transfer for the full amount." So, either the content of her email or the content of her text message contradicts the truth. during the shipping phase, they provided no assistance and stopped responding, causing me significant inconvenience. This frustrating experience felt unprofessional and unethical. Imade it explicitly clear that I expected to be informed when the shipping company received the car. but they have not contacted me, resulting in delays. To clarify, these are not allegations; this is simply my personal experience, outlining the difficulties I encountered over a whole month, including a staggering 182 emails exchanged with them to conclude a deal; it should have raised concerns at the management level, but it seemed like no one cared. Please don't waste time telling me sorry. I'm well aware that you're already informed about what happened, and most managers are familiar with my emails and calls. Let's not play games or pretend that you really want me to call to resolve this issue. There's no need to keep up this facade.

Hello, this is my second review. I gave three stars in the first one, now I give one. They had to transfer the plates of my old car to the new one. But they order new ones. I did not receive a new car number within 90 days. When contacting them, they kept saying that everything is fine, you just have to wait. My daughter came to the store to renew the temporary plates, but they could not find the document related to the purchase of a new car. A few days later, when I called the Lexus store, they couldn't say anything either. You need to visit them personally to be able to solve the problems created by them. It costs you time and fuel. I think they should refund the money for the paperwork. The problem is not fixed yet

Approximately a month and a half ago we reserved a new car from Lexus of North Miami. We are located in NC and love the dealership we work with here, however the Miami dealership was offering a substantial savings on the model we wanted so we decided it would be worth it to have it shipped to us in NC. Once Lexus of North Miami had received our deposit, the communication became non existent. We would call multiple times with no answer and not receive a return call. We finally received a call from the shipping company to notify us the car was on its way and were able to pick up the car. (Had to drive 2 hours with 2 hour notice but we were just happy it was arriving) By the time the car was shipped, there were only 2 1/2 weeks left on the temporary tag and we were already due to make our first car payment. (We were accruing interest on the time the car wasn’t even in our possession) We have been calling once a week to check on our permanent NC tags and AGAIN nobody will return our calls. We are preparing to leave on our first road trip and as of today the temporary tag is expired. Nobody will return voicemails or emails. We are beyond frustrated. To spend this much money on a car and get this type of service is appalling. Unless you are in North Miami and can physically go into the dealership to make certain things are taken care of, I would strongly encourage you to go elsewhere. There are some amazing Lexus dealers out there.

Kons was the best! He was very knowledgeable and personable. However, the financial analyst (not sure of the correct term for the title), Syid was horrible if you can, go to anyone but him. He was rude, and condescending, and practically ruined my new car-buying experience. His apathetic demeanor should not be one that anyone has to endure, nor should excuses be made excuses for his behavior toward customers. Working with customers is a choice, and if you can't do that, then don't work for an industry that prides itself on providing customer satisfaction or one where you have to deal with customers daily. I have been a loyal Lexus owner for over 15 years and have owned three Lexus vehicles, purchasing each one at a different Lexus dealership. I have even gotten my family members to purchase a Lexus. I did this because they are reliable vehicles, but I have to admit, this has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. If it were not for Kons and Q who helped salvage whatever greatness was left of this experience, Lexus would have been out of a loyal customer and my hard-earned money.

True Professional… Diego made my car buying experience very refreshing. He made transportation arrangements for me to get to the dealership with only having communicated with him via email. In person, he greeted me as I arrived to the dealership. The dealership is one of the nicest I have been to in a very long time. Finance Team did a good job with going over the documentation and getting everything completed in a decent amount of time. Diego made sure my vehicle was cleaned again (it was already close to immaculate) fuel was topped off and he even provided me a gift from the dealership that was most appreciated. As with all dealers, they try to scam you and play

As with all dealers, they try to scam you and play unending pricing games. Advertised car price as Lexus pre owned certified turns into them trying to add $4000 to the price for the certification but then their advertising is misleading. They dont go over every detail, they only answer the questions you ask. They dont provide documentation showing proof of preowned certification. They dont provide a document that tells you what should come with a preowned certified car either (e.g., should get two keys not one). Then the finance guy plays more games and the way the numbers are handled differ each step of the way so there always ends up being a difference in price agreed upon and always in the dealers favor. Why cant there be transparency in the process. Very disappointed and the finance managers have attitudes when you ask questions. Anyone buying from this dealer should have their ducks in order and be ready to walk away in the eleventh hour when the gaming of the customer continues. Love my car but despise the experience. And of course no one from the dealer responds to inquiries about confirming receipt of insurance binder or transfer of title paperwork once you leave and you are left to fight and risk insurance and tag transfer issues due to lack of responsiveness. Lack of professional quality service.

RUN AWAY !!! My story began when I found a used ES350 I wanted to buy. My interaction was with Dulce a salesman at Lexus of North Miami . I commissioned an inspection of the vehicle, which unveiled scratches that had not been disclosed during my prior inquiries. Dulce quoted me a price higher than what was listed. I brought this to him, and he chose not to respond. I escalated to a manager, Rosaly. She assured me that the price would be honored, but her demeanor conveyed as if she were doing me a favor. I also expressed my dissatisfaction with Dulce, to which she stated that a different salesperson would be assigned. I sent the wire transfer on August 19th. I repeatedly requested the new salesman, Demetri, to communicate with their bank for confirmation, and every time, they said they would not do that as they receive funds daily, and there's no need for it. I even ended up reaching out to their bank myself, and they confirmed the transfer. I confronted Rosaly with the information and the date of money received on their dealership accounts; she said, "The payment has been received." That was on the 28th of August. It took them 8 business days to confirm the receipt of the funds; this raised suspicions. I sent seven emails to various managers. I have not received a response regarding the funds . I made six calls. I managed to reach ALFRED UTSET, the pre-owned sales manager. Unfortunately, He answered the call prepared to defend his employees and did not listen to me. I was about to express my concerns, but he replied, "You sent an inspection company, and they know everything, so you shouldn't have any concerns!" I had to clarify, saying, "Did you even hear me? I said 'concerns,' do you know what that means? I'm not talking about the car; I want to discuss the transfer and how your employee treated me, and I want to know if they did the maintenance I requested." He didn't answer my questions and continued to speak forcefully and condescendingly. I sent emails inquiring about when I could coordinate with the shipping company to pick up my car. I asked when they would refund the deposit since I had sent. However, Demetri did not respond to these questions. He simply replied that everything was on process. I reached Rosaly to inquire about the refund status. She responded, claiming to be helping me by expediting the refund process. She stated, "Normally, we refund the money after delivering the car!" She emphasized her cooperation. Interestingly, in one of Rosaly's emails dated August 17th, she mentioned, "Please be aware that the deposit made with the card will be refunded promptly upon receiving the wire transfer for the full amount." So, either the content of her email or the content of her text message contradicts the truth. during the shipping phase, they provided no assistance and stopped responding, causing me significant inconvenience. This frustrating experience felt unprofessional and unethical. Imade it explicitly clear that I expected to be informed when the shipping company received the car. but they have not contacted me, resulting in delays. To clarify, these are not allegations; this is simply my personal experience, outlining the difficulties I encountered over a whole month, including a staggering 182 emails exchanged with them to conclude a deal; it should have raised concerns at the management level, but it seemed like no one cared. Please don't waste time telling me sorry. I'm well aware that you're already informed about what happened, and most managers are familiar with my emails and calls. Let's not play games or pretend that you really want me to call to resolve this issue. There's no need to keep up this facade.

Horrible!!! While I had a great experience with the salesperson, Demetri, that helped me purchase a Used vehicle and have it shipped from Miami to Arizona back in February, I have had an absolutely horrible experience trying to get a refunded deposit of $1000 that was used to hold the vehicle until funding could occur. I'm writing this review after trying for 5 months to get a simple refund. I've left multiple messages and emails for Rosali (zero communication), who works in Finance, to Jose, (zero communication) who was the Sales Manager and to Gregory in Finance (who communicated he would take care of it and get back to me which I never heard from him again.) I have called the front desk on multiple occasions, explained what I'm calling about and every time I've been put on hold for as long as 20 minutes without anyone coming back. I'm shocked at the lack of feedback and lack of help that I've received from a place that I'd expect a high level of customer service from. I've had to start a fraudulent charge process with my credit card company and for the first time EVER am leaving a review in an attempt to get someone's attention at the dealership. Don't put a deposit down to hold a vehicle at this dealership, or you will risk never seeing it again. Thank goodness I at least asked to get the initial deposit request of $5k down to $1k.

What an Amazinn experience purchasing a new car from Lexus of North Miami. I called Lexus of North Miami and explained that my older parents were having a hard time finding the right car. Sean Kamal one of the senior managers got on the phone and asked what color my parents would like and picked the perfect RX350 for them. Our salesman Demetri delivered it to my parents home all the way in Parkland and took his time and explained all of the features of my parents new car and showed them how easy it was to use. Not only did my parents get the perfect car delivered to their home they got a great deal. They also got more than expected on their 6 year old trade. With chip shortages and low inventory I had not idea purchasing a new car would be so smooth. Thanks Sean and Demetri.

Not from the area called ahead on a vehicle seen online. Stated the car was there this was about 1 hour prior to arrival. When arrived was told he carbis no longer there shown 3 other similar cars 1st wasn’t clean stated it would be the other two were not in the condition described, small dings and sctatches shown poorly for 1st impressions. Drove 2 hours to see the vehicle that was not there. Don’t know for sure but seemed like they said he car was there just to get us in the door. Ended up purchasing the car we were looking for an hour later at ft ladurdale mercedes.

Exploitative and Heartless: Shame on This Lexus Dealer! If I could put ZERO stars I would! We were treated horrifically by this dealership. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share our ordeal with others. We went to this dealership hoping to find a reliable vehicle. Little did we know that this seemingly reputable establishment would turn out to be a den of vultures preying on senior citizens. The car was very overpriced. When we expressed interest in a particular Lexus model, the salesperson pounced like a hawk. They convinced us that the car was a steal, failing to mention that it needed service and various parts replaced including brakes among many other things. The price they quoted was exorbitant, taking advantage of our trust and vulnerability. When we went back after issues surfaced, we got a very nasty attitude. The dealership’s staff displayed a level of rudeness that left us stunned and treated us as if we were an inconvenience. Their dismissive attitude and lack of empathy were appalling. They have no respect for senior citizens we were nothing but respectful and kind and patient with them with various trips to the dealership that was required to address all the issues with the car. So many broken promises! The car, which was supposed to be in pristine condition, turned out to have multiple issues. The promised repairs were half-hearted at best. It’s as if they patched things up with duct tape and hoped we wouldn’t notice. Shame on them for taking advantage of the elderly who trusted them! ZERO accountability: When we raised our concerns, the dealership’s response was dismissive. They shrugged off our complaints, blaming us for not thoroughly inspecting the car before purchase. They prey on vulnerable customers, overcharge for subpar vehicles, and treat people with callousness. Shame on them for tarnishing the reputation of a once respected brand. We have purchased several Lexus in the past and this dealership does not encompass the luxury and top notch service you would expect from a Lexus dealership and certainly not the ones we have dealt with in the past. This was our first and last time dealing with this dealership! I urge anyone considering a Lexus to steer clear of this dealership. Let our unfortunate experience serve as a warning: Avoid this place at all costs!! Shame on you Erez! Alfred your temperament needs to be adjusted! Gross behavior from you both of you!

TOP NOTCH Dealership!!!

Lexus of North Miami is number ONE in my book! I visited the dealership on Sunday afternoon and was greeted by everyone I came in contact with. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and understanding. We worked with Henry on my second visit to the dealership. On the phone Henry agreed to honor a deal, and kept his promise. He made the car buying process very easy and he was transparent about everything. I was able to take care of all of my needs (financing and insurance) while I was there. After the purchase, Henry got in the car with us and went over all of the features of the car so that I can “fully experience my Lexus.” He answered every question I had and made sure I understood. I cannot express how impressed I was enough. I had been visiting dealerships for over a month and I did not have great experiences. I purchased from Lexus of North Miami because they have pride in the quality of the car and the quality of their service. I definitely recommend visiting their store, you will enjoy your experience. I am happy to be a new member of the Lexus family! ***They have a spa, gym, and cafe***

They lie to make the sales

I get a new leased car and they offer me an insurance for tires for the whole lease time (3 years). I went to change the tires before the 3 years and they told me that day that the insurance covered just two years and I was actually still paying that insurance. When my lease ended, I went to the dealer to either change the car, buy it o just get rid of it. Robert Nelson, the finance manager, told me that I will received a maintenance service included for free up to 40,000 if I buy the car. After being negotiated with them the price, I decided to buy the car. When my car was 38,800 miles, I went to do the maintenance service and again.. they told me that the maintenance was just for 2.5 years and they charged me $200 for the service! I will add thay of course I requested a written document of these offers that thay made me but they said that it was necessary because they have it on record and that there was no way to make a document for that, the they do not have the document of the forms to give me anything or written They are a complete liars!! If you go to this dealer, please make sure to receive a written document of whatever they offer. If you do not get it, they will just not give you what they promised. Also Harvey Gonzales from Service is super rude. Worst service agent ever. He do not care if you are happy with the service or not.

How Lexus North Miami Cheats Trusting Customers... The deadline for my registration car's tag ended, which it received in with the purchase of a car in Lexus North Miami. I came to their office. At the cashbox I explained my issuer. The assistant gave me the address where to go to renew the registration of my car. Today I arrived and I was told that it would cost $ 105. At the same time, they explained that the agency takes only $ 13 fee for its service, so as not to go anywhere else, and the rest goes as a collection of the Florida State. I paid and told my husband about it. The husband was frantic. He showed me the official prices of the DMV and that such a solution costs only $ 32.5. So Lexus North Miami or SOME individual employees in collusion with this agency on Halandelle 33009 (701 West Hallandale blv suite 106) and get their kickback!!!!! That is was a reason why they asked me to pay in cash or by debit card. This arrogance and deception customers!!! They charged me $ 70 extra !!!!! This is how I understand deception on the trust of customers. So minimum $ 35 unofficially goes into the pocket someone of a Lexus North Miami!!!!! And maybe more, if the agency’s fee is really $ 13?! Then this is beyond fraud !!! Is $ 70 in your pocket for a request to help a Lexus customer renew registration&?????? A shame!!!

Very grateful for the team at Lexus of North Miami especially Diego Camboni and Alfred Outset. Diego was very professional and patient with us. We test drived two cars and fell in love with the second one which was out of our budget but they made it possible to negotiate a fair deal for both parties. Being a pre-owned car it only had one Key but Diego made sure the second key was done in less than 3 days. Totally recommend this dealer, everyone was very familiar and transparent

Exploitative and Heartless: Shame on This Lexus Dealer! If I could put ZERO stars I would! We were treated horrifically by this dealership. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share our ordeal with others. We went to this dealership hoping to find a reliable vehicle. Little did we know that this seemingly reputable establishment would turn out to be a den of vultures preying on senior citizens. The car was very overpriced. When we expressed interest in a particular Lexus model, the salesperson pounced like a hawk. They convinced us that the car was a steal, failing to mention that it needed service and various parts replaced including brakes among many other things. The price they quoted was exorbitant, taking advantage of our trust and vulnerability. When we went back after issues surfaced, we got a very nasty attitude. The dealership’s staff displayed a level of rudeness that left us stunned and treated us as if we were an inconvenience. Their dismissive attitude and lack of empathy were appalling. They have no respect for senior citizens we were nothing but respectful and kind and patient with them with various trips to the dealership that was required to address all the issues with the car. So many broken promises! The car, which was supposed to be in pristine condition, turned out to have multiple issues. The promised repairs were half-hearted at best. It’s as if they patched things up with duct tape and hoped we wouldn’t notice. Shame on them for taking advantage of the elderly who trusted them! ZERO accountability: When we raised our concerns, the dealership’s response was dismissive. They shrugged off our complaints, blaming us for not thoroughly inspecting the car before purchase. Horrible!!! While I had a great experience with the salesperson, Demetri, that helped me purchase a Used vehicle and have it shipped from Miami to Arizona back in February, I have had an absolutely horrible experience trying to get a refunded deposit of $1000 that was used to hold the vehicle until funding could occur. I'm writing this review after trying for 5 months to get a simple refund. I've left multiple messages and emails for Rosali (zero communication), who works in Finance, to Jose, (zero communication) who was the Sales Manager and to Gregory in Finance (who communicated he would take care of it and get back to me which I never heard from him again.) I have called the front desk on multiple occasions, explained what I'm calling about and every time I've been put on hold for as long as 20 minutes without anyone coming back. I'm shocked at the lack of feedback and lack of help that I've received from a place that I'd expect a high level of customer service from. I've had to start a fraudulent charge process with my credit card company and for the first time EVER am leaving a review in an attempt to get someone's attention at the dealership. Don't put a deposit down to hold a vehicle at this dealership, or you will risk never seeing it again. Thank goodness I at least asked to get the initial deposit request of $5k down to $1k.

Gus, Alex, Ramon, and Sean all lack professional customer care or respectful follow-ups. Evan seems to work hard but appears mis or uninformed much of the time. I was happy with my purchase but not the experience.

Worse customer service ever, at least Ramon Cabrera, that was very bad. Always taking forever to as see any questions I have… making lots of mistakes on the deal agreed, causing overcharges etc… also asked him inúmeras times for a specific service, he always said yes and ok for my requests ( always with delay), and after 3 hours waits for the service to be done, it was completely NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR… definitely worse sales person and costumer service aver… dealer and/or sales person! Very bad experience. Will never refer to anyone!

Kons was the best!

Kons was the best! He was very knowledgeable and personable. However, the financial analyst (not sure of the correct term for the title), Syid was horrible if you can, go to anyone but him. He was rude, and condescending, and practically ruined my new car-buying experience. His apathetic demeanor should not be one that anyone has to endure, nor should excuses be made excuses for his behavior toward customers. Working with customers is a choice, and if you can't do that, then don't work for an industry that prides itself on providing customer satisfaction or one where you have to deal with customers daily. I have been a loyal Lexus owner for over 15 years and have owned three Lexus vehicles, purchasing each one at a different Lexus dealership. I have even gotten my family members to purchase a Lexus. I did this because they are reliable vehicles, but I have to admit, this has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. If it were not for Kons and Q who helped salvage whatever greatness was left of this experience, Lexus would have been out of a loyal customer and my hard-earned money.
