Definitively there was something going on in the back that didn't allow the diagnostic work on my car to be completed in average time. My car remained in the shop for about one week before Ramon intervened last Wednesday to return my LS430. I devoted a reply text message with details.Please,kindly review it as part of this reply. All this took place under the aegis of Alfred Utset, who held our car of choice for us without a deposit, and who also made sure that a ding on the right rear door was touched up to his satisfaction. The dealer did not know I used the trade in option online. Both offers were without seeing my trade. Incidentally I received a check for $13,000 through the Autonation car buying service. I emailed Sean Kamal the GM of Lexus N Miami. He couldn’t be bothered to reply himself, so he pushed it off on someone below him. I was told the offer was 7,000 and maybe I shouldn’t trade in my car. Clear bait and switch move. No explanation, no apology. I felt the L Certified car they were selling was a good value, and decided to purchase it anyway. When I took delivery of the car it had a broken piece on the lower dash just hanging there. Impossible to miss on the multi-point inspection. Every other L Certified Lexus I’ve purchased was delivered in immaculate condition. I will say my sales person, Sierra was professional and very helpful along with her partner Constantine. The next day I received a call from a salesperson. I gave them my trade info, also a Lexus with way below average miles. I was then sent a buyer's order valuing my car at $7,000. I was outraged. It retails for 13k-15k on all the car-buying sites. I had forgotten I had used their trade-in icon the day before on their website. Later that evening I found an email with a trade valuation from Lexus of N. Miami for $12,688. I forwarded Sean Kamal the GM of Lexus N Miami with their offer of $12,688 email. He couldn’t be bothered to reply himself, so he pushed it off on someone below him. I was told the offer was 7,000 firm, and maybe I shouldn’t trade in my car. Clear bait and switch move. No explanation, no apology. I was offered and additional $500 discount take it or leave it. The vehicle they were selling was what I wanted and had low miles. I reluctantly went ahead and purchased the car. When I took delivery of the car it had a broken piece on the lower dash just hanging there. Impossible to miss on the multi-point inspection required for an L Certified Lexus. Every other L Certified Lexus I’ve purchased was delivered in immaculate condition. I will say my sales person, Sierra was professional and very helpful along with her partner Constantine. Both are Craig Zinn owned dealers. I thought Lexus dealers were above sleazy car sales behavior. Not at Lexus of N. Miami. I had a 2017 Chevy equinox that I had for 6 years and I just recently finished paying off the car-note, a couple of months after that , I noticed that it was time for an upgrade so I went online I looked up some vehicles in Lexus and one of the employees, Evan reached out the next day, not knowing that I was on my way to Lexus dealership, already so I replied that I will be on my way to explore more options. As soon as I arrived, Evan welcomed me and show me my options and explained everything carefully and thoroughly. I purchased a 2025 IS350 here in April, only because I wanted the Ultrasonic Blue, and the experience was horrible. I declined their lowball trade-in offer on my car with only 500 miles, so the finance manager, Ibrahim Umar, spent hours trying to stick me with the highest interest rate possible, despite my perfect credit. He was condescending the entire time, constantly asking, “You happy??” Just remember, dealers often inflate your rate to profit off your loan. On the highway ride home, I noticed tire flat spots, as a vibration, likely from the car sitting too long. Days later, my service advisor, Kristi Moore, dismissed the issue and said I wouldn’t be getting new tires because her techs didn’t feel a vibration, after dangerously speeding on US1, no less. Her techs abused my brand-new car, flooring it to 6,000 RPM and 60 mph on side roads, trying to replicate the issue. I spent seven hours in service, and they only replaced one tire to humor me, which fixed nothing. After two more weeks and a battle with Lexus corporate, another dealer stepped up and replaced all the tires. North Miami refused to take accountability for an issue with the car they sold me. Beware: Once you sign the paperwork, you’re on your own.
I’m a customer from more than 5 years and I went on Friday May 9 to do service in my Lexus NX 250 and with the idea to change my car, Alex Mejia keep calling me apparently he got my phone from my call to do service to my car, soon meantime the car was in the shop we started talking about the new car nice till this point, when we start talking about numbers the first number for the trade in he throw was $16,000 for my car that I knew the value was $24.000 according with car max and caravan he was not happy about it, then he went and brought his manager a bold, long white beard old and nasty old men, who treat us very bad, I felt like a second class citizen, we left, my daughter was called by another manager who gave her another numbers, when I spoke to Alex the sales Men the next day about his reaction was really bad all his kindness went away and the monsters came out, it was a really bad experience we wrote to Kamal who is the general manager whom didn’t even answer us, they Lost my business and the sale of a car, I will never go back to that dealer not even to give service to my new Lexus, really bad experience that left a really bad taste to me about the dealers, I de use to do this review for future customers to be careful with this people, thanks

To echo others a little, it was odd for a Lexus dealership to sell out-of-state as most of the others we'd contacted (for a GX550) within a few state radius would not. Diego was great and put up with much poking and proding about the vehicle itself and the process (and weather effects on schedule due to a hurricane). If he doesn't know an answer, he'll trundle off and find one and get back as soon as he can. The whole Miami North dealership was great and the process, once we got there, went smooth (although travel to the dealership was not trouble free, it's not their problem. Thanks again while I'll probably try to buy in-state if I can, this process was not bad. Thanks again.

Knowledgeable and caring personnel. Demetri was a great specialist who assisted with purchase. Not sure why we have to see some, for lock of better words, unprofessional people at the end of the corridor and answer questions that can be discussed at the Demetri’s desk during signing. And if so have to be done, have the personnel to be more professional and pay attention to customer, not to their personal affairs on the phone.

Missed my appointment for valet service pickup several times. Required multiple calls to arrange. Car was returned unwashed even though I specifically asked for a car wash and vacuum. Overall very disorganized and not the level of service I received from my sales contact.

I brought my 2015 RX350 in for servicing on April 24th. My new service rep Jonathan Vellon was great!! The only suggestion I would give is to let customers (waiting on vehicles) know an approximate time of how long services could possibly take. 4 hours was a bit long however I now know that a coolant flush takes longer to perform than an oil change. Bottom line, my car is running great so I'm happy!.

My purchase experience here is why most people hate buying a car. I don’t live in Miami so, this purchase was done online. I used their on-line trade in on their website. I received the offer shown here. The next day I received a buyers order from the dealer with a trade-in of the same car for 7,000. More than $5,200 less! The dealer did not know I used the trade in option online. Both offers were without seeing my trade. Incidentally I received a check for $13,000 through the Autonation car buying service. I emailed Sean Kamal the GM of Lexus N Miami. He couldn’t be bothered to reply himself, so he pushed it off on someone below him. I was told the offer was 7,000 and maybe I shouldn’t trade in my car. Clear bait and switch move. No explanation, no apology. I felt the L Certified car they were selling was a good value, and decided to purchase it anyway. When I took delivery of the car it had a broken piece on the lower dash just hanging there. Impossible to miss on the multi-point inspection. Every other L Certified Lexus I’ve purchased was delivered in immaculate condition. I will say my sales person, Sierra was professional and very helpful along with her partner Constantine. Sean (GM), Alfred (used car mgr.) and Todd (finance mgr) typify the stereotypical car salesman. No integrity whatsoever, and give this Lexus dealership a bad name.

Many complaining of bad service, bullying tactics during the sales process, inconsistent pricing, etc. I bought a Lexus from Lexus of Pembroke Pines in 2018, and I had a great experience. Both are Craig Zinn owned dealers. I thought Lexus dealers were above sleazy car sales behavior. Not at Lexus of N. Miami. One more thing- after I posted a Google review I received a text from an employee there asking me to please take down my review, because it didn't look good for them. The b@lls on these folks. Holy crap!
My purchase experience here is why most people hate buying a car. I don’t live in Miami so, this purchase was done online. I used their on-line trade in on their website. I received the offer shown here. The next day I received a buyers order from the dealer with a trade-in of the same car for 7,000. More than $5,200 less! The dealer did not know I used the trade in option online. Both offers were without seeing my trade. Incidentally I received a check for $13,000 through the Autonation car buying service. I emailed Sean Kamal the GM of Lexus N Miami. He couldn’t be bothered to reply himself, so he pushed it off on someone below him. I was told the offer was 7,000 and maybe I shouldn’t trade in my car. Clear bait and switch move. No explanation, no apology. I felt the L Certified car they were selling was a good value, and decided to purchase it anyway. When I took delivery of the car it had a broken piece on the lower dash just hanging there. Impossible to miss on the multi-point inspection. Every other L Certified Lexus I’ve purchased was delivered in immaculate condition. I will say my sales person, Sierra was professional and very helpful along with her partner Constantine. Sean (GM), Alfred (used car mgr.) and Todd (finance mgr) typify the stereotypical car salesman. No integrity whatsoever, and give this Lexus dealership a bad name.

Service advisor had no business card and told me his phone number was on the invoice. The number on the invoice was the dealership, not his contact number. They left my cabin air filter on the seat because the glove box was locked, rather than calling me in the customer waiting area to give them the key to unlock. I felt this was very unprofessional. Then when I finally reached the service advisor after I got home, he said I could install it myself, which I could not. Now, I have to make a separate trip back to the service department to take care of something that easily could have been done while I was there. I was disappointed to say the least!
I was iso a vehicle that was in high demand and (seemed like) impossible to get. I reached out with low hopes on fb seeing if anyone knew where I could find this vehicle anywhere in the USA. Jaker followed up with me about 1 week after I posted telling me he had what I wanted coming in about a month, straight off of the ship. I snatched my deposit back from another dealership, where I had been on a waiting list for the vehicle for six months for this vehicle, and sent it to Jaker. I was able to have my vehicle delivered to my 1 week before I gave birth to my baby boy. Just in time!! Thank you for helping me find the vehicle of my dreams!

I purchased a 2025 IS350 here in April, only because I wanted the Ultrasonic Blue, and the experience was horrible. I declined their lowball trade-in offer on my car with only 500 miles, so the finance manager, Ibrahim Umar, spent hours trying to stick me with the highest interest rate possible, despite my perfect credit. He was condescending the entire time, constantly asking, “You happy??” Just remember, dealers often inflate your rate to profit off your loan. On the highway ride home, I noticed tire flat spots, as a vibration, likely from the car sitting too long. Days later, my service advisor, Kristi Moore, dismissed the issue and said I wouldn’t be getting new tires because her techs didn’t feel a vibration, after dangerously speeding on US1, no less. Her techs abused my brand-new car, flooring it to 6,000 RPM and 60 mph on side roads, trying to replicate the issue. I spent seven hours in service, and they only replaced one tire to humor me, which fixed nothing. After two more weeks and a battle with Lexus corporate, another dealer stepped up and replaced all the tires. North Miami refused to take accountability for an issue with the car they sold me. Beware: Once you sign the paperwork, you’re on your own.
Ron and Jhan on the sales side were superb--they kept me updated on the status of the vehicle and answered all my texts and calls quickly. Matt Silva in finance closed the deal efficiently.

Excellent dealership only big disappointment was that no one fully went through the vehicle operation with me. Salesperson Kali did a little explanation but only touch on about 10%.

We had a most pleasant experience purchasing a Certified RX 350 this month. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to ensure we were treated as a valued customer. Our sales rep was Isaac Rodriguez, who was cordial and knowledgeable. We marveled at the skills of Alex Esuarez in Finance who completed our transaction like a virtuoso at his magic keyboard! All this took place under the aegis of Alfred Utset, who held our car of choice for us without a deposit, and who also made sure that a ding on the right rear door was touched up to his satisfaction. We had just had a very bad experience with another dealer the previous month, and everything the team at North Miami did was as good as that was bad. We are thrilled with our "new" car.
