Contact Consent Agreement, I hereby consent to receive, from or on behalf of Lexus of North Miami, a telephonic sales call by telephone call, text message (including without limitation SMS and MMS messages), or voicemail transmission using an automated system for the selection or dialing of telephone numbers, the playing of a recorded message when a connection is completed to a number called, or the transmission of a prerecorded voicemail, at the telephone number(s) provided by me on this webpage, including my wireless, mobile, and/or cellular telephone number(s), if applicable. I agree that the person placing the call for or on behalf of Lexus of North Miami may place such calls to: (1) notify me regarding my purchase, lease or repair; (2) contact me with advertisements, offers or promotions; or (3) as otherwise necessary to service my account or enforce this agreement, applicable law, or any other agreement Lexus of North Miami or its assigns may have with me. I understand I may opt-out of these communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. I understand that I am not required to directly or indirectly sign this written agreement, nor am I required to agree to enter into such an agreement as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
