Purchased a new IS 350 sport using the Lexus Monogram program. Lexus of North Miami had the vehicle in stock. I did this on a Saturday evening at approx. 8pm and the dealer rep called me within minutes and scheduled a pickup time for Sunday. Once I arrived at the dealership the salesperson Lev Bargraser was ready with the vehicle to drive. Paperwork was painless and very efficient. Great dealership to do business with. Thank you.

Was told the weight would be an hour and a half for 35,000 mile service. The weight is approximately three hours. Only received the car after I contacted the service manager in order to find out why I was taking so long. Once I receive the car, the car was not cleaned or washed.

Ed is always willing to work with me he also great kind and understanding. The only complaint was that the car was still not complete and I told it was ready. The tech should recheck everything before they say the car is ready. At the same time I’m greatly it was fixed.

I have been a customer for several years now. This is my fifth Lexus and I am very happy with the service. However, on my last visit, I was informed that there were some additional charges due to "the age of my car". I got very confused because my car has only 15,000 miles in almost 20 months. This is a "baby car".... I am wondering if these charges were really necessary or if they were part of the regular Maintenace before and now Lexus wants to get money for them.
