SALES ASSOCIATE

As a Sales Associate, you are a crucial member of our team striving to deliver a positive car buying/leasing experience to satisfy the transportation needs of customers. The Finance Manager builds customer loyalty through assistance with financial options and products for the continued care and service for vehicles purchased. Finance Managers work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates and programs to buyers. We seek Finance producers with a proven and winning record of accomplishment to join our team.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

The Service Technician functions as a skilled-level technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDC)

Appointment Setters/BDC Associates manage inbound and outbound communications with existing and prospective customers. Tasked with converting contacts into quality sales appointments, Appointment Setters/BDC Associates maintain knowledge of products in order to guide our prospective clients and facilitate the appointment/sales process.

SERVICE ADVISOR

The Service Advisor is the dealership’s customer relations and Service representative, selling and scheduling repairs and/or service for vehicles. Lexus Service Advisors work closely with technicians to ensure time efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion, encouraging ultimate customer satisfaction. We seek individuals who enjoy building meaningful relationships and have a talent for promoting vehicle services to customers.
