I did receive the text message saying the Lexus was ready. I asked the staff who checked the Lexus in where I should wait for the car. I was told to wait by the two benches.
After waiting for 30 minutes, I went to see Rolando who told me I should have seen the cashier first; that he saw me sitting on the bench and assumed I had already seen the cashier. As he was then taking me to the cashier, he kept repeating that I should have seen the cashier first, implying that it was my fault that I had waited so long. I would not have been bothered if he had expressed any kind of regret that I had waited so long or taken some responsibility for the lack of communication.
As this was the first service appointment, I would suggest that your service advisor explain to a first time customer at minimum the check in and out process.

I don’t know if it’s common among buyers but with every car purchase, I felt like I was being dupe because of the lack of transparency. Nonetheless, if I decide to go with NML again, I will have a game plan that won’t be broken.

Berk was amazing. He was able to help me right from the initial communication. He was able to share details of the car I was interested in and send me videos and photos. They were able to work with me and get the car shipped over to me from Florida all the way to Texas.
