I don’t know if it’s common among buyers but with every car purchase, I felt like I was being dupe because of the lack of transparency. Nonetheless, if I decide to go with NML again, I will have a game plan that won’t be broken.

We got an excellent experience buying our vehicle with the help of Araxie. She is very polite and professional. We also interacted with Ramon Cabrera, and he was very helpful, courteous and professional as well. Ana, who handled the financing, was also very easy to deal with. She understand customer's needs and is without question very professional as well. I would highly recommend working with any of them.

Stay away from Ronald as Adviser. I went for my oil service and needed a loaner.He asked for my credit card and I asked him if it was new because I never had to do that.He told me that he can wait for the dealer to make client pays for the loaner as a Rental than I asked for the price for the service and he said if you don’t have money you should not get a new car like excuse me…

During my car shopping process, I had so many bad experiences with dealerships and their tricks and gimmicks, including one of your sister locations in Hollywood. There was one specific car I wanted and I knew it was the one for me. I called to confirm the vehicle was available since it was quite a distance away. I also discussed pricing and I made it very clear that I wasn't coming just to look at the car. I was coming prepared to buy it that same day. I had all my paperwork ready.
Unfortunately, the Hollywood dealership told me the car was there when it actually wasn't. It was at Lexus of North Miami. They simply wanted to get me into their dealership so they could try to sell me something else.
After driving all that way only to leave disappointed, I decided to call Lexus of North Miami for closure. I simply wanted to know whether the Hollywood dealership could have arranged to transfer the vehicle. At that point, I had no intention of driving all the way to North Miami only to experience more tricks and gimmicks.
That's when Sierra answered the phone.
My first impression was that she was incredibly friendly. However, after everything I'd been through, I was skeptical because the internet salespeople at the other dealership were also friendly before they misled me. I asked Sierra about the process of transferring a vehicle between dealerships, but I ended up telling her my entire experience with the Hollywood location.
Instead of simply answering my question and moving on, Sierra did something I wasn't expecting. She didn't just sympathize with me. She genuinely empathized with my situation. She listened patiently while I vented and made me feel heard. It honestly felt like she was grieving the experience with me rather than trying to make another sale.
After listening, she looked up the vehicle and confirmed it was indeed at Lexus of North Miami. She asked if I'd like to come see it. I explained that North Miami was too far for me to risk another disappointing experience. She immediately offered to Uber me to the dealership. I also told her I had a strict out the door budget. She said she would speak with her team and see what they could do. I told her if they could make it work, I was ready to buy the car immediately.
Sierra kept every promise she made.
In less than 24 hours, she arranged my ride, got my deal approved, and even sent me a video of the car after, had it washed so it would be ready when I arrived.
I'll admit I was still nervous. I wondered if everyone else at Lexus of North Miami would be different from Sierra. I worried that once I sat down with the finance department, the proposal would suddenly change like it had at other dealerships. I couldn't have been more wrong. Working with Ramon Cabrera was just as great. He explained everything clearly and there were no tricks, gimmicks, or surprises. Everything was exactly as Sierra had promised. He was just as authentic as Sierra, and I truly appreciated that.
It was also wonderful finally getting to meet Sierra in person after everything she had done for me. The cherry on top is that my new license plate says SIER10, so I'll never forget her.
From the first phone call until I drove away in my new car, Sierra made the entire experience stress free. She restored my faith that there are still honest and caring people in the dealership industry. Thank you Sierra, Ramon, and everyone at Lexus of North Miami for making what started as a frustrating experience end with a dream come true.

One of the worst dealerships I’ve ever worked with. Drove a few hours to get a car that had a problem they didn’t tell me about. Everyone was so slimey car salesman and in the end they tried to get me to sign a contract for more than we agreed to. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.

My partner and I were making a big purchase, as one does at a dealership, and Abe was full of attitude since the moment we walked in. He made it sound like very question we asked was dumb, irrelevant, or he didn’t fully understand it. When talking about payments he said “that’s only like $20 bucks a month” as in, who cares about $20 a month when he’s clearly not the one who’s making the commitment.
Potentially the most important thing of it all is that he failed to check with us who we wanted the car title to be under. After 2+ hours with him and signing everything we learned the car title was only under one of our names and it is the one of us who is not the primary driver nor is the primary person in a lot of other personal paperwork. We know this will give us issues down the line and failing to check with us, or tell us when we asked about the impact of pulling one of our credits vs both he failed to disclose it.
He also refused to pull other lenders rates because the Lexus one was so good and pushed back when we asked to do it even if it was just to confirm or double check.
The attitude he gave us through the entire time with him made me almost walk away from the entire purchase. He turned what should have been a great family moment into a dented experience because of his attitude and failure to properly title our car, which he once again made sound like no big deal and “duh” I only pulled one credit.
Jhan was our sales rep and him, the finance manager, and insurance team were all excellent to work with but if I go back or refer people to this dealership I would not work with Abe again, even if it means delaying my purchase or waiting longer for another rep.
Pull up the dealers still had a problem with my back hatch and the doors weren’t locking won on the Internet fixed the door problem figured that out but my door hatch back still not shut never got a call back from the dealership

Amazing customer service from beginning to end, makes you feel like family, very professional. I would not like to change where I service my car. One constructive comment, Loaner cars should not need for gas to be be replaced. It’s petty.

From the moment that I drove into the parking lot, it was a welcoming environment. My consultation started immediately. A loaner vehicle was requested and provided. Great communication with rep as far payment, ongoing issues as ready for pick up.
