I will say that everything is made easy though. Registration transfer and insurance all done right in house. Didn’t have to make any phone calls myself. The worst service ever they keep the vehicle for three days and they didn't find what was wrong with the vehicle.
From the moment I walked into the dealership to the moment I left everybody was courteous and helpful. I was treated with respect and none of the usual hype that goes along with buying a car. Actually, surprisingly enough was a pleasant experience.
My 2026 GX was returned to me after the first service without any fuel and 30 miles added to my vehicle without any explanation. I followed up with management and completely ignored, despite filing a complaint with Lexus Brand Engagement Center. They offered me $400 service credit which was a take it or leave it offer. In the absence of a clear explanation from Lexus of North Miami, I must assume that someone took the car for a joy ride or used it for Lexus business. Very disappointing experience.

The service that I have received from North Miami Lexus for the last 15 years and continue to receive , carries on to exceed my expectations. My Service Manager Ed Rubenfeld and my Service Advisor Semon Mor deliver total customer satisfaction. Yes we have had our moments of disagreement on certain items but whatever the situation it has always been resolved fairly and equitable for both parties. North Miami Lexus and before it was built County Line Lexus have maintained my 2003 Lexus SC430 for almost 20 years. I trust North Miami Lexus to perform the required maintenance to my vehicle. The only issue is that when the car was returned after the service the car system was not reset properly It say that a maintenance or valet profile was still running and I also experienced an issue with the trunk/liftgate as now it is not working properly and have to close it manually.

Easy to work with dealership, I contacted through Costco auto buying program. Sierra was great to work with definitely recommend her, she was consistent, quick to respond and took care to get back within a reasonable amount of time. Anthony also assisted he was very professional. Luckily they were willing to work over the phone so I didn't have to come in until it was actually something worth the time. Over all no complaints. Most dealership experiences are a night mare this one wasn’t too bad.

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the oil change previously performed by Lexus of North Miami on my 2023 Lexus GX 460 Luxury.
More than one month after the oil change, my vehicle displayed a “LOW OIL” warning message on the dashboard. When the oil level was checked, the engine appeared to have very little oil.
From the time I first contacted the dealership, it took approximately one full day for Lexus of North Miami to pick up the vehicle. Because the vehicle was not safe to drive, I had to arrange and pay for transportation between my workplace and my home. I also had to leave work early so that I could personally follow up on the situation and verify what was being done to my vehicle.
The dealership eventually picked up the vehicle, transported it to its facility, and performed the necessary service. However, correcting the immediate oil problem does not compensate me for my transportation expenses, time away from work, inconvenience, or the continuing concern that the engine may have suffered premature wear or internal damage while operating with insufficient oil.
No refund, reimbursement, service credit, extended engine protection, or other compensation was offered.
Customers take their vehicles to an authorized Lexus dealership because they expect professional workmanship, quality control, and peace of mind. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in that expectation. Simply taking a vehicle to Lexus should not be assumed to guarantee quality when a basic and essential service such as an oil change can result in a “LOW OIL” warning.
I am therefore requesting the following:
A complete copy of the original oil-change repair order, including the date, mileage, type and quantity of oil used, technician’s notes, and quality-control inspection records.
A complete copy of the most recent service report showing the oil level found when the vehicle arrived at the dealership, the cause of the “LOW OIL” warning, and all corrective work performed.
Written confirmation of whether the dealership found any leaks, problems with the oil filter or drain plug, an incorrect oil quantity, or any other condition that could explain the low oil level.
The results of any oil-pressure test, diagnostic scan, engine inspection, or other evaluation performed to determine whether the engine sustained damage from insufficient lubrication.
Written confirmation of the current condition of the engine and whether Lexus of North Miami determined that it is operating normally and without evidence of oil-related damage.
Written protection covering any future engine damage reasonably determined to be connected to this low-oil incident or the previous oil-change service.
Reimbursement for the transportation expenses I incurred because the vehicle was not safe to drive.
A refund of the original oil-change service and reasonable compensation or a goodwill service credit for my time away from work, inconvenience, and loss of confidence in the dealership’s service.
Confirmation that this complaint and the “LOW OIL” incident have been permanently documented in the vehicle’s official Lexus service history.
Please provide a formal case number and a written response addressing each of these requests. I would like to retain complete documentation in case an oil-related engine problem develops in the future.

From the beginning, Jaumara was outstanding. She was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. She answered all of our questions, followed through on what she promised, and made the entire process feel straightforward and transparent, even though we were coordinating everything remotely. She honored the negotiated price we agreed upon and confirmed that the $1,000 military incentive would be applied on top of that price.
What really impressed me was how she handled an issue we discovered after we had already left the dealership. We noticed a small crack in the driver’s side mirror housing, and when I contacted her, she immediately assured me that they would take care of it. The repair is currently pending while they wait for the necessary parts, but her response and willingness to stand behind the vehicle gave me a lot of confidence in our decision to purchase from them.
Todd handled the finance portion of our purchase, and he was equally impressive. He was quick, efficient, and actually secured us a better interest rate than the one our bank had offered. Everything was explained clearly, there were no surprises, and when he went over the available additional coverages and we declined them, he simply moved on. There was no pressure or attempt to sell us something we didn’t want.
The entire experience was remarkably smooth compared with other dealerships we’ve dealt with. Having the major numbers worked out ahead of time certainly helped, but Jaumara and Todd both made the process efficient, professional, and respectful from start to finish, even with the added logistics of completing the purchase long distance.

I just bought a car from Erez and it was a very quick and easy process. I found the car online and worked with Erez to get to an agreed upon number for my trade and my new Lexus. He was very responsive and helpful. I did all my paperwork online so when I went to pick it up, I was only at dealership a short while. I like the decor. As in as you get there someone helped you out and they told you everything. The only thing is you have to wait at least 2hours for your car to get ready.

I am the one who took the Lexus to this first free maintenance appointment. Although I am satisfied with the inspections done of my car specially the car wash, I am very disappointed with Rolando Campos' customer service. He did not advise me that even though this service was free I was supposed to see the cashier before the Lexus would be brought out to me.
I did receive the text message saying the Lexus was ready. I asked the staff who checked the Lexus in where I should wait for the car. I was told to wait by the two benches.
After waiting for 30 minutes, I went to see Rolando who told me I should have seen the cashier first; that he saw me sitting on the bench and assumed I had already seen the cashier. As he was then taking me to the cashier, he kept repeating that I should have seen the cashier first, implying that it was my fault that I had waited so long. I would not have been bothered if he had expressed any kind of regret that I had waited so long or taken some responsibility for the lack of communication.
As this was the first service appointment, I would suggest that your service advisor explain to a first time customer at minimum the check in and out process.
Erez was very professional to deal with and made sure to honor whatever deal was quoted to us on the phone. We are a return customer and highly recommend working with this dealership
