The agent at booth 4 did not accommodate me. I took off for this appointment from my busy medical practice. He requested insurance. I provided the card and coverage. He wanted my Dec page. Geico app was down and could not obtain after 4 attempts. He made me cancel due to loaner or wait possibly the entire day. I drive 1.5 hours to get there vs Kendal Lexus. Other than my very good experience with Roland which was a rare occurrence, I have nothing good to say about Lexus of North Miami other than that it is more convenient to me than other dealerships. However, the convenience is not worth putting another dime in your pocket to purchase a vehicle from you.

Every time I bring my car in for service the valet staff and advisor are very welcoming, And the maintenance gets done at a reasonable time so I have no complaints at all.
I came in the other day to have my car serviced and the tires checked. I was expecting to be there for a couple hours, and to my amazement in 45 minutes my car was ready. It was wonderful.
I was out in about two hours, faster than I expected. Communication was clear and timely throughout the process.
North Lexus of Miami sure upheld there high standards when dealing with my body work. Can’t even tell I had an issue. Looks better then before. Car was cleaned BUT in inside was not 100% right. This was a dealer courtesy car and had a no smoking sign inside. When the sticker was removed they DIDN'T bother to clean up the leftover goo and when I said something about it they dismissed it as nothing. This car was shipped 1000 miles on my dime and when my daughter recieved it her first impression was this 8" sticker mess on the dash. Embarassing! Simple fix had someone inspected it before it left - period.

I must respectfully disagree with the many five-star reviews of this dealership. My wife and I visited with the genuine intention of purchasing a **2027 Lexus GX 550 Premium Plus**, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and far below what anyone should expect from a luxury dealership.
Upon arriving, we walked around the showroom for approximately 10 minutes without a single employee approaching us to offer assistance. We eventually had to request a salesperson ourselves and, after another lengthy wait, decided to sit down until someone became available. This was certainly not the welcoming experience we expected from Lexus.
When a salesperson named Andrew finally assisted us, he took my wife and me, without any advance explanation, into a covered parking garage filled with vehicles. The temperature was extremely uncomfortable, exceeding 86°F, and we had to walk what felt like approximately two city blocks to reach a GX 550 Premium Plus.
Despite the uncomfortable conditions, Andrew never offered us the opportunity to sit inside the vehicle, examine its interior features, or take it for a test drive. Instead, one of his first statements was that these vehicles were selling for **$5,000 above the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP)**.
After briefly viewing the vehicle from the outside, I explained that I was specifically interested in a 2027 model. Andrew informed me that the 2027 models were not yet available. I then clearly expressed my willingness to place an order or secure a future allocation.
Rather than explaining the ordering process, expected availability, deposit requirements, or other purchasing options, he escorted us all the way back through the hot garage to the showroom. By that time, my wife and I were drenched in sweat and physically uncomfortable.
What happened next was even more disappointing.
Andrew returned to his cubicle and sat down without extending the basic courtesy of inviting my wife and me to take a seat. He began searching his computer for an available vehicle, and once again, his immediate focus was the dealership's **$5,000 markup above the advertised price**.
At no point did we feel welcomed, appreciated, or treated as serious potential buyers. There was no meaningful discussion about the 2027 model, no helpful explanation of how to reserve one, and seemingly no interest in understanding our preferences or earning our business.
I fully understand that dealerships operate for profit and that vehicle prices may vary depending on market conditions. However, demanding an additional $5,000 above MSRP while providing such a disappointing level of customer service is extremely difficult to justify, particularly given today's economic conditions.
After repeatedly hearing about the markup and experiencing what I considered a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, I had enough. I simply said, "Never mind, thank you for your time," stood up, and walked out.
**Purchasing a Lexus should be an enjoyable, comfortable, and premium experience, not an exhausting and frustrating ordeal.** When customers visit a luxury dealership prepared to spend a substantial amount of money, they deserve basic courtesy, professionalism, transparency, and genuine attention.
My impression was that this dealership was more interested in collecting an additional $5,000 than developing a relationship with a prospective customer.
I sincerely hope dealership management takes this feedback seriously. Customers should not have to chase down salespeople, walk considerable distances through uncomfortable heat, or feel disregarded when expressing interest in ordering a future model.

Berk was great and did his best to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process. We drove quite a distance to see an RX 500h that was advertised as L/Certified. When we arrived, we noticed damage on the rear bumper that wasn’t shown in the pictures or video, as well as scuffing/damage on the right rear side of the vehicle.
The manager agreed to take some money off because of the paint damage on the rear bumper, which we appreciated. However, we were also told that the scuffs on the right rear bumper would be buffed out because they were minor and easy to take care of. We brought this up multiple times and were under the impression that it would be handled before we took delivery.
We ended up completing the purchase, but when we got the vehicle back from detailing, the scuffs were still there. When I asked about it, I was told that the people who could take care of it had already left for the day.
The frustrating part is that we understood and accepted that the paint chips on the rear bumper weren’t going to be repaired, but we specifically agreed to move forward with the understanding that the side scuffs would be taken care of. Which that didn’t happen.
Overall Berk’s customer service was the best part of the experience, especially leading up to the purchase. Unfortunately the way the vehicle was delivered left a sour taste and kept what could have been a great experience from being one.
