Service Porter
You’ll make sure our customers feel at home and set them up for a great service experience.
Experience: 0-1 yrs
Express Technician
You’ll begin to master light maintenance, including tire rotations and oil changes.
Experience: 0-1 yrs
Technician
You’ll be responsible for diagnostics, routine maintenance tasks, and repairs.
Experience: 1-5 yrs
Master Technician
Next, progress to advanced maintenance tasks, and mentor the next generation of technicians.
Experience: 5-15 yrs
Service Advisor
Service advisors deal directly with customers, assessing repairs, checking warranties, and writing repair orders.
Experience: 1-3 yrs
Shop Foreman
As the foreman, you’ll be responsible for the shop’s technicians and their work.
Experience: 5-10 yrs
Assistant Service Manager
You’ll back the service advisors and make sure our customers have a memorable service experience.
Experience: 1-5 yrs
Service Manager
The service manager supervises the service lanes and QA for the work performed there.
Experience: 4-6 yrs
