Car was cleaned BUT in inside was not 100% right. This was a dealer courtesy car and had a no smoking sign inside. When the sticker was removed they DIDN'T bother to clean up the leftover goo and when I said something about it they dismissed it as nothing. This car was shipped 1000 miles on my dime and when my daughter recieved it her first impression was this 8" sticker mess on the dash. Embarassing! Simple fix had someone inspected it before it left - period.

Great experience with this dealership and my sales person Luis. I contacted Luis on Sunday and made an appointment to test drive a Lexus LC 500 on Monday. When I arrived on Monday the car was ready for me to see and drive. Luis is extremely professional and not your typical salesperson. Very personable and attentive to my questions and needs. No pressure or other typical car salesperson tactics. We came to an agreement on price and a few hours later I drove off the lot with my new car (actually slightly used with less than 10,000 miles but the car looks brand new). I also dealt with the business manager George who was equally personable and attentive without being pushy. This is a great dealership to work with and I have been buying Lexus vehicles for over 25 years so I have a lot of experience with Lexus cars, sales and service. I have been impressed with everything about this dealership and will continue to patronize them and refer them new customers.

From start to finish the team at Lexus was amazing. Had car ready to test drive before I arrived. They went above expectations by removing tint I didn't want, making a free second key, and professional delivery of vehicle. Even though my car was probably 1/4 the price of most cars on lot, still feel I was treated top notch. Would definitely recommend.

**Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer
**Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service and Unjustified $5,000 Markup** I must respectfully disagree with the many five-star reviews of this dealership. My wife and I visited with the genuine intention of purchasing a **2027 Lexus GX 550 Premium Plus**, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and far below what anyone should expect from a luxury dealership. Upon arriving, we walked around the showroom for approximately 10 minutes without a single employee approaching us to offer assistance. We eventually had to request a salesperson ourselves and, after another lengthy wait, decided to sit down until someone became available. This was certainly not the welcoming experience we expected from Lexus. When a salesperson named Andrew finally assisted us, he took my wife and me, without any advance explanation, into a covered parking garage filled with vehicles. The temperature was extremely uncomfortable, exceeding 86°F, and we had to walk what felt like approximately two city blocks to reach a GX 550 Premium Plus. Despite the uncomfortable conditions, Andrew never offered us the opportunity to sit inside the vehicle, examine its interior features, or take it for a test drive. Instead, one of his first statements was that these vehicles were selling for **$5,000 above the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP)**. After briefly viewing the vehicle from the outside, I explained that I was specifically interested in a 2027 model. Andrew informed me that the 2027 models were not yet available. I then clearly expressed my willingness to place an order or secure a future allocation. Rather than explaining the ordering process, expected availability, deposit requirements, or other purchasing options, he escorted us all the way back through the hot garage to the showroom. By that time, my wife and I were drenched in sweat and physically uncomfortable. What happened next was even more disappointing. Andrew returned to his cubicle and sat down without extending the basic courtesy of inviting my wife and me to take a seat. He began searching his computer for an available vehicle, and once again, his immediate focus was the dealership's **$5,000 markup above the advertised price**. At no point did we feel welcomed, appreciated, or treated as serious potential buyers. There was no meaningful discussion about the 2027 model, no helpful explanation of how to reserve one, and seemingly no interest in understanding our preferences or earning our business. I fully understand that dealerships operate for profit and that vehicle prices may vary depending on market conditions. However, demanding an additional $5,000 above MSRP while providing such a disappointing level of customer service is extremely difficult to justify, particularly given today's economic conditions. After repeatedly hearing about the markup and experiencing what I considered a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, I had enough. I simply said, "Never mind, thank you for your time," stood up, and walked out. **Purchasing a Lexus should be an enjoyable, comfortable, and premium experience, not an exhausting and frustrating ordeal.** When customers visit a luxury dealership prepared to spend a substantial amount of money, they deserve basic courtesy, professionalism, transparency, and genuine attention. My impression was that this dealership was more interested in collecting an additional $5,000 than developing a relationship with a prospective customer. I sincerely hope dealership management takes this feedback seriously. Customers should not have to chase down salespeople, walk considerable distances through uncomfortable heat, or feel disregarded when expressing interest in ordering a future model. I remain interested in purchasing a Lexus GX 550 Premium Plus, but **I will take my business to a dealership that values its customers and treats them with the respect they deserve.** Erick (North Miami)

My last visit to Lexus of North Miami for my scheduled
My last visit to Lexus of North Miami for my scheduled services, and for fixing and replacing my “HOD” camera was not what I truly expected. I had to wait an extra day, and when I received my ES 300h (2022) on return, there was an issue with my “Auto Lights” switch. On a positive note though, Ed Rubengeld (Service Manager) made absolute sure that everything will be addressed and resolved on my next visit. I really feel appreciative for his diligence, patience and professionalism in resolving my concerns. Moving hopefully “happily” forward with future service visits at my “home” Lexus location, I will continue with Aidan (Service Representative) and feel comfortable with the upkeep for my vehicle.

I finally bought the 2025 Lexus IS 350 F Sport Design after selling my 2009 Corolla S. My wife and I met Carlos Cuervo on a Sunday afternoon. We came in to see an IS 350 with 18K miles and a specific set of features, but that car had already sold. Carlos found us something better: a 2025 instead of a 2023, with only 8K miles. We test drove it and fell in love. The offer was too good to pass up. Carlos's expertise and product knowledge were unmatched. We also worked with Anthony, the finance manager, and that was just as good an experience. His recommendations made the whole process easy. We'd been waiting a long time for this car and we couldn't be happier. I love Japanese automakers, and this one is top-notch. The V6 is a beast and the interior is beautiful. Berk was great and did his best to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process. We drove quite a distance to see an RX 500h that was advertised as L/Certified. When we arrived, we noticed damage on the rear bumper that wasn’t shown in the pictures or video, as well as scuffing/damage on the right rear side of the vehicle. The manager agreed to take some money off because of the paint damage on the rear bumper, which we appreciated. However, we were also told that the scuffs on the right rear bumper would be buffed out because they were minor and easy to take care of. We brought this up multiple times and were under the impression that it would be handled before we took delivery. We ended up completing the purchase, but when we got the vehicle back from detailing, the scuffs were still there. When I asked about it, I was told that the people who could take care of it had already left for the day. The frustrating part is that we understood and accepted that the paint chips on the rear bumper weren’t going to be repaired, but we specifically agreed to move forward with the understanding that the side scuffs would be taken care of. Which that didn’t happen. Overall Berk’s customer service was the best part of the experience, especially leading up to the purchase. Unfortunately the way the vehicle was delivered left a sour taste and kept what could have been a great experience from being one.
