I drove down to the dealership the following day and pick up the car. No surprises and no broken promises. I wish this dealership was closer to home because I would love to use them to service my new vehicle.

My deal was cash and the negotiations were done via telephone prior to my arrival. The delivery part with the sales associate went well. After waiting a long time to meet with finance, keep in mind it was a cash deal. The person wasn't knowledgeable with my deal and every time I ask any questions about anything she either said that's how they do things here with no clarification or she blamed the sales person for not communicating correctly. She made my experience that should have been simple very stressful and for that reason I will not return. I am a Lexus loyalist and plan to buy a GX, but due to my experience I will not return to Lexus of North Miami for the purchase.

Awful experience.
Awful experience. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. We leased a lemon from this dealership. I don’t think any kind of inspection was done prior to giving me the car to drive home. I had to come back the very next day due to a coolant leak and I haven’t seen the car since. The especially bad part of our experience is the service center and the complete lack of communication. During the 40 days and counting that the car has been on their property we have received two calls about it. I of course called texted and left voicemails daily and was promised someone would get back to me and I simply did not happen

This was a very difficult experience. Both Frank and Alex did not follow up and were difficult to work with. Also the vehicle was delivered with shipping packaging still in the car and the interior windows were filthy. There is some kind of vehicle tracking device in the car at least I think that’s what is. Frank doesn’t call back and his mailbox is usually full.

It would be hard for me to recommend North Miami Lexus... Honestly, I'm 71 years old, I realize car sales have changed but with the popularity of the GX 550, I felt like Lexus squeezed every dollar out of us... Just my personal opinion... Jaker Soto made the whole experience easy. He handled the negotiation professionally and never rushed us, even when we took extra time to inspect the car closely at delivery. His patience and positive attitude really stood out, and he was genuinely pleasant to work with. Anthony Zaverukha from Finance was also excellent — personable, patient, and clear in his explanations. Lexus of North Miami overall was fine, but I was surprised that the dealership does not hand‑wash vehicles before delivery. The wheels could have been cleaner, and there were a few clear‑coat scratches that could have been easily buffed out beforehand, along with another minor cosmetic issue that could have been addressed prior to delivery. Overall, their delivery‑prep process has room for improvement, but the customer service from Jaker and Anthony was outstanding.

My experience began positively with Kelia.
My experience began positively with Kelia. She was pleasant and professional. However, when it was time to discuss pricing, she returned with Alfred. Alfred introduced himself, shook my hand, and asked whether I had been treated well by Kelia. I confirmed that I had. His next question was whether I wanted to look at a less expensive vehicle. I clearly stated that I was interested in the specific car I had selected. At that point, he abruptly responded, “I hope you find what you’re looking for out there,” effectively dismissing me rather than engaging in any negotiation. There was no attempt to discuss pricing, options, or terms. I have never been treated in such a dismissive manner at a dealership. I left immediately. What Alfred did not know is that I was fully prepared to make a purchase that evening. Instead, I was met with arrogance and a complete lack of professionalism. Customers who are serious and prepared to buy should be treated with respect and given the opportunity to negotiate in good faith. Unfortunately, that did not happen here.

It’s very unusual to give a positive review to a dealership, just simply because of a well-known assumption that they are just out for a buck. Unfortunately, I had to lower my score due to a manufacturer error. I can only assume this really has no bearing on Lexus of North Miami but my 2024RZ 300 E premium is missing the memory seat system. I have looked it up over the past 24 hours and everywhere it states that it is standard yet my particular car does not have it. With that being said, and realizing that is a big feature that if I had the opportunity to get another car that would have it, I would have done so, but I don’t even believe they were aware of it. However, with all that being said. Carlos was absolutely amazing. I live in Ocoee Florida near Orlando and had the entire experience through text and email and it was superbly done. I recommend Lexus of North Miami to anyone, but LONM, make sure you cover that all of the features are on the car before selling.

I am a returning Lexus customer and recently leased a 2026 Lexus NX 350h from Lexus of North Miami. Unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. In March, I completed a credit application to secure agreed lease terms while the vehicle was in transit. When I came in to finalize the deal in April, the terms were changed, resulting in a higher cost than originally discussed. Additionally, I was told my license plate was inactive and had to purchase a new one for $175. After visiting the DMV, I confirmed the plate was actually active and transferable at the time, meaning this charge was unnecessary. I have attempted to contact the dealership to resolve these issues but have not received a response. I am posting this in hopes that management reviews this situation and reaches out to resolve it properly.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP.... No need for me to write my opinion and experience as all you need to do is go read all the existing bad reviews this dealership has which have already been posted. You will see many of us have been treated poorly and most importantly, Lexus of North Miami doesn't even have the decency to say "SORRY". Clearly the Founder Craig Zinn, his GM Tony Stampone and sales manager Vlademir Kesling know the reputation their dealership has just from the vast amount of negative posts they have received. If they aren't aware then I understand the behavior of the employees representing them.

I had the absolute worse experience at this dealership. My salesperson lied and told me that the car that I brought in to trade could not be traded in because my current account with the bank I was in contract with was closed due to a late payment and when I called my current bank lender for my vehicle which I was going to trade in, they told me that they never had such conversation with the sales agent and it would have been against policy for them to do so. The bank continued to be explained that they received a call from North Miami Lexus requesting a payoff quote for the vehicle only. The sales agent was willing to be untruthful just to make a sale. These people are immoral and are willing to do and say anything to make a sale and not give two craps about anyone but making a sale only!
