We’re a short 120 minute drive from North Naples, FL. Our dealership is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the beautiful Oleta River State Park and near popular shopping centers like Aventura Mall.
Overall my experience at the dealership was great, this was my first time ever making a big purchase so I was completely clueless and nervous but everyone was very nice and took their time explaining the entire process. My first car was a gift from my mom when I was 16 and at the age of 28 my baby finally gave up on me so it was time. I’m happy I chose Lexus of North Miami. I also didn’t have great credit and they worked hard to make sure I got the best deal possible.

I was disappointed with the way the service manager handled my visit by not keeping me informed about the progression of my service. After waiting 3 hours, I went back to him to ask jokingly if I had been forgotten about. To my surprise, I had been. I was being being patient, so I thought, only to literally feel like I didn't matter.
Ron wasn't available. I had to ask for an update. One wasn't provided as usual. They did work the vehicle and it was available the next day. Ron did text then I went in to pick it up. Well the service department was not too happy they never called me back. It was my first time there and was not happy and they gave me a loaner with bad brakes. Atleast one of the managers didn’t charge me for the gas so I appreciated that but it’s ok

Let's begin by saying that I drove 50 minutes to Lexus of North Miami because they were the best at responding to my inquiries. I also want to recognize Sierra, who responded to my online inquiry with excellent communication from the start. She even delivered my car to my home and helped me get everything set up, which truly went above and beyond.

I contacted Lexus of North Miami through their website about a certain car. Within a short period of time Yairon Napoles reached out via text. We negotiated the entire deal using text and email. I drove down to the dealership the following day and pick up the car. No surprises and no broken promises. I wish this dealership was closer to home because I would love to use them to service my new vehicle.
I had to wait for assistance and was referred to to another person after waiting for a while. It was a discrepancy in the answers they gave for the Lexus guarantee maintenance coverage.

The service valet person barely spoke English, I couldn’t understand her instructions and she couldn’t understand my questions. Ron was ok. Not particularly friendly, nor rude just there. Same as my last service, my car came back still wet from the spray down , not wash, because the back of car still had black dirt on it. I do like the easy navigation to schedule the maintenance, and the cafeteria/wait area is comfortable. I would also like to compliment the cashier, she was the friendliest person working that day.

At no point during the review process was I informed about additional charges for a tire package and another add-on package, which together totaled $3,200. These charges were not properly disclosed or explained, and I only became aware of them after the fact.
When I raised this issue and requested a refund, I was simply told that it was “not possible,” which is unacceptable given the lack of transparency. I even escalated the matter to Lexus corporate, yet the issue remains unresolved.
To make matters worse, when I later attempted to use the tire package to replace my tires, I was informed that the package had already expired. This makes absolutely no sense, as I was never told there was an expiration date at the time of purchase. Even more concerning, I had inquired about a refund months before this supposed expiration, and at no point was I informed that the package was time-limited or nearing expiration.
I am particularly disappointed with the conduct of Alex Mejias and Rosaly Bermudez, who were responsible for walking me through the paperwork. They failed to clearly present or explain these additional charges while going over the documents and pricing. As a customer, I relied on their honesty and professionalism, and that trust was not upheld.
This experience has left me feeling taken advantage of and misled. I strongly urge others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this dealership. Make sure you review every detail independently and do not rely solely on verbal explanations, as important costs may not be fully disclosed.

INSTALL VALVOLINE WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID??!! - THIS IS WHAT BOTHERS ME AND IF THEY DID THAT - WHY WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORKED BUT NO FLUID CAME OUT?! - IS THAT NOT PART OF A HEALTH CHECK ALSO IF YOU REPLACE FLUID CHECK IT WORKS...I dont know if the lines are blocked but was told they didnt hear the pump working and would need a new bottle...this was on pick up as the car was dusty and when i went to clean windshield with the wipers and fluid nothing came out...Ed and Bobby are both the BEST. Bobby was not there when i picked up my car as his day off. Ed was and he is the one who got someone to check the wiper fluid issue and came up with the "not hearing the pump" and needs to be replaced.
WHY would that not show up in the health check or even the wiper fluid refill & replacement of driver's side floormat. I do not except a detail clean but at least a clean. I had a passenger from a treatment facility with me on pick up day and he was a handful, rude and very impatient, embarrassed with his behavior and had the responsibility of him for the day or I would have stayed and figured the wiper fluid issue out...I have never had a problem with LNM...but was so disappointed with all and with my decision to quickly drop in and pick up with needy patient was a bad decision on my part.
I am a repeat customer and really enjoy working with the sales and service departments.

Our experience in purchasing our vehicle was seamless. Erez and Jaumara assisted us on the test drive, explaining the various features and differences in each model.
